Bertelsmann supports diversity in companies

After a successful Women in Leadership Conference in September 2011 the follow-up took place in mid february with the topic “diversity“.
Since 2012 two ladies were hold in the board of directors, the support of diversity and equality would thematised in speeches & workshops as active carried to the international arrived employees. Bertelsmann CEO Thomas Rabe and Liz Mohn functioned as hosts of the congress. Keynote Speaker Bettina Orlopp (McKinsey) explained in detail the importance.
Afterwards the guests met again in the evening event at “The Grand“. CC was responsible for conception and realisation. The agency takes care of this format since 2011 as also the similar size “Generation CEO“ for Heiner Thorborg.
